- Sunflower
- Chia
- Flaxseeds
Moderate Proteins
- Animal protein such as grass-fed meat, chicken, pork, turkey and fish.
- Full-fat dairy products
Limited Carbs
- Small amounts of berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries.
